Professional Educator Hair to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, delivering hands-on, in-person training in a vibrant onsite environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing technical excellence, fostering innovation, and maintaining high standards of hairdressing education across our salon network and partner institutions across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, up-to-date hairdressing training programs tailored to different experience levels
- Demonstrate advanced hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniques
- Support the professional growth of hairdressers through coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices, integrating them into training programs
- Assist in creating and updating educational materials, manuals, workshops, and visual content
- Collaborate with management and marketing teams to organize educational events, activations, and educational initiatives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Conduct regular salon visits to provide on-site technical support and coaching
Must-Have Requirements
- Professional certification or diploma in Hairdressing or Cosmetology
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on salon experience
- Proven experience in training or educating hair professionals
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Excellent knowledge of modern hair techniques and professional products
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Riyadh/KSA for salon visits
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage learners
