We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various hair treatments, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clients leave satisfied.
Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, trims, and styling according to client preferences and latest trends.
- Offer hair coloring services including highlights, balayage, ombre, and full color treatments. Apply hair treatments such as conditioning, keratin, and scalp care.
- Provide consultations to clients to understand their hair care needs, recommend suitable styles, and offer advice on maintenance.
- Perform hair extension application and maintenance (if applicable).
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations, tools, and the salon environment to meet hygiene standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and a positive salon experience.
- Recommend and sell hair care products that complement client needs and promote salon services.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance your skills and service offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Valid professional certification or relevant training in hairdressing (recognized by UAE or international standards).
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling techniques, and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a beauty setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Experience with bridal and event hair styling.
- Knowledge of hair extensions, smoothing treatments, or other specialized services.
