Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Hairstylist will provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, and treatments, while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and treatments, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The role involves working closely with the wider salon team to deliver consistent service quality, supporting other beauty services when needed, and contributing to a welcoming, professional atmosphere. The Hairstylist is expected to stay updated on current trends, products, and techniques to offer fresh, modern looks aligned with Essa.Beauty's brand.

Qualifications

• Strong Hair Styling skills, including cutting, blow-drying, and up-styling, with an eye for current trends.
• Knowledge of Cosmetology and Hair Care, including treatments, coloring techniques, and product application.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build client trust and deliver personalized consultations.
• Relevant professional certification or diploma in hairdressing, cosmetology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a salon environment, preferably in premium or high-end settings.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, follow health and safety standards, and manage time effectively in a busy schedule.
• Willingness to learn new techniques, work collaboratively within a diverse team, and support the salon's eco-conscious values.
