Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Hairstylist will provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and treatments, and ensuring each appointment runs smoothly and on time. The role also involves collaborating with the wider salon team, supporting cross-service experiences (such as coordinating hair with make-up services), and contributing to a welcoming, customer-focused environment. The Hairstylist is expected to stay updated on current trends, techniques, and products to deliver modern, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, styling, and treatment application.
• Foundational knowledge of Cosmetology and hair-related techniques, with relevant training or certification.
• Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction, repeat business, and professionalism.
• Clear and respectful Communication skills to consult with clients, understand needs, and explain services.
• Experience working in a salon or beauty environment, preferably in a high-end or award-winning setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and maintain punctuality and reliability.
• Attention to detail in personal grooming and workstation cleanliness, aligned with health and safety standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
