Role Description The Hajj & Umrah Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role involves promoting and selling Hajj and Umrah packages, responding to inquiries, and guiding clients through the full booking process. The specialist will consult with clients to understand their needs, provide accurate information on packages, pricing, and travel requirements, and ensure all documentation and reservations are completed correctly. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, following up with potential and existing clients, coordinating with operations and ticketing teams, and maintaining detailed records in the company's systems. The role also includes contributing to sales campaigns, participating in product training, and supporting the continuous improvement of service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, build trust, and provide clear guidance on Hajj and Umrah packages.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to convert leads, meet targets, and manage a pipeline of individual and group bookings.
• Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah services, procedures, and relevant travel regulations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, handle multiple client requests, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in travel booking systems and office software; prior experience in a travel agency or tourism company is a plus.
