Hard Services Engineer - Roads/Infrastructure O&M

Required to join a Facilities Management, engineering & solutions specialist working with a prestigious client in Al Ula.

The Hard Services Lead is responsible for the technical oversight, management, and performance of all civil hard service assets, including roads, bridges, and street lighting infrastructure. The role ensures effective asset lifecycle management, contractor performance, and compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks and international standards.

This position leads the planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance strategies, ensuring infrastructure reliability, safety, and operational excellence in alignment with RCU objectives and asset management best practices.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

Bachelor's degree in a related field or extensive industry experience with demonstrated capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
• Knowledge of asset management principles, maintenance standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of related experience in hard services management, facilities management, or asset management with roads, infrastructure, street lighting
