Job Purpose:
The Head Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the compound to ensure the efficient operation of facilities, preservation of assets, and delivery of high-quality services to residents and tenants, in line with Azure standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Receive and follow up on maintenance requests from management or residents and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all facilities and systems (elevators, electrical systems, HVAC, pumps, lighting, etc.) are fully operational.
- Coordinate with external contractors and monitor the quality of work performed.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, recurring issues, and asset conditions.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
- Monitor spare parts, tools, and materials usage while controlling maintenance costs.
- Maintain service quality and support customer satisfaction within the compound.
- Recommend technical improvements and solutions to minimize breakdowns and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in residential or real estate compounds.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
