Job Description

We Are Hiring HCM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced HCM Consultant to join our team, with a strong background in salary and payroll management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an HCM Consultant

Proven experience in handling salaries and payroll processes

Strong understanding of HR and payroll cycles

Graduate of the College of Commerce or a related college

Good communication and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processes

Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

Support HR operations related to compensation and benefits

Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll issues

Job Details:

Contract: Annual contract

Work Location: Heliopolis, Cairo

Work Mode: Full-time, on-site
