The Talent

Support our Sr. VP for HCM, such as answering emails, preparing documents and deliverable templates, scheduling appointments, running reports, setting up calls and meetings, and maintaining order . This role will also assist in booking flights and organizing events to provide relief to the Executive. Manage some adhoc tasks and mostly HR related activities.

The Commitment

  • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the SVP of HR.
  • Arrange calls, meetings, and events; manage invitations, agendas, calendar logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Collect and organize data, compile reports, and prepare presentations for the SVP of HR's review.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information on employee, HR, and organizational information.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes during discussions and distribute them to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on action items and deadlines to support project and meeting outcomes.

The Essentials

  • Bachelors Degree from a reputable university
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • HR experience is an asset.
  • Must have very good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Active listening skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
