Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing bar team in a fast-paced luxury lifestyle venue.
• Create memorable guest experiences through exceptional cocktail craftsmanship and engaging service.
• Develop innovative seasonal and signature cocktails aligned with the TAPASAKE concept.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and luxury service standards.

• Coach and mentor bartenders to deliver world-class hospitality.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4-6 years in premium bars, beach clubs, rooftop venues, or luxury lifestyle destinations.
• Previous experience leading bar teams in high-volume environments.
• Passion for mixology and premium spirits.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
• Confident engaging with VIP and international guests.
• Commercially aware with experience driving beverage revenue.
• Thrives in energetic, guest-focused environments.
