About the job:
The Head Basketball Coach is responsible for the overall planning, development, and execution of all programs and activities. This includes the supervision of coaching staff, training program design, talent development, and ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging environment for all players. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in basket, and the ability to manage diverse programs catering to different age groups and skill levels.
Job Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute annual basketball training programs (kids, juniors, adults).
- Create structured coaching curriculums aligned with SportPlex methodology.
- Lead, mentor, and manage full-time and part-time coaching staff.
- Organize tournaments, internal leagues, and community engagement events.
- Deliver and oversee high-quality on-court training sessions.
- Collaborate with Sports Manager and management team on scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Maintain facility standards and equipment readiness.
- Monitor player progress and adjust programs accordingly.
- Foster a positive, safe, and engaging environment for members and guests.
- Build strong relationships with players, parents, and sponsors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding standards.
- Contribute to department KPIs, annual planning, and performance reports.

Experience:
