Head Chef

My client, a leading independent luxury restaurant group is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead their culinary team for a high end Mediterranean / International concept restaurant in New Cairo.

This is an all day dining concept and is the first opening in Egypt with further restaurants to open in the near future. Therefore, leading to a fantastic career progression opportunity as you take responsibility for further restaurants as they open.

This key position will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating an exceptional dining experience, and ensuring the quality and presentation of every dish. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for Mediterranean / French cuisine and a proven track record in a high-end restaurant environment. Exceptional communication skills are a must.

Accommodation will be provided in addition to salary and bonus.
