We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Head Chef to lead the kitchen of one of our French-inspired dining destination located in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate will be a strong culinary leader with a solid French cuisine background and extensive experience in standalone fine-dining restaurants.

What we're looking for:

. Strong background in French cuisine – essential

. Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role

. Fine-dining experience within standalone restaurants

. UAE experience is highly preferred

. Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and inspire a team

. Confident, engaging personality with a strong presence in the kitchen and with guests

. Creative, hands-on and passionate about delivering exceptional food and experiences

. Experience in standalone restaurants is essential; hotel only backgrounds will not be considered
