Now operating in Dubai, we continue to deliver high-quality coaching to inspire and empower children to enjoy swimming while ensuring their safety and technique development.

Role Description:

As the Head Coach for Swimming & Aquatics Programmes, you will oversee daily operations of the swim programs, including planning, organizing, and conducting training sessions that promote water safety, confidence, and skill enhancement. You will mentor a team of swimming instructors, design tailored training plans, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards. Additionally, you will engage with swimmers and their families to support their goals and foster a positive and inclusive environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Swimming Techniques, Stroke Development, Water Safety, and Training Frameworks
  • Proven leadership abilities, team management, and mentoring of staff or swimming instructors
  • Experience with Program Development, Performance Monitoring, and Curriculum Implementation
  • Exceptional Communication Skills, interpersonal abilities for family engagement, and teamwork
  • Current First-Aid Certification and Lifeguarding Certification (or willingness to obtain them)
  • Prior coaching experience with children's swimming programs or other aquatics initiatives
  • Recognised swim teaching or coaching qualification (or equivalent).
  • Current CPR, AED, and water safety certification (or ability to complete immediately).
  • Safeguarding / child protection training (or commitment to complete).
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Proven experience leading swim programmes and coaching teams
  • Passion for swimming instruction, fostering water confidence and safety, and developing lifelong skills in students
