Identify new digital opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning. 2. Commercial Performance & Operational Excellence . Manage the eCommerce P&L, ensuring delivery of revenue, margin, and cost optimization targets. . Monitor site performance metrics and drive continuous improvements in conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency. . Ensure scalable processes across merchandising, supply chain, fulfillment, last-mile operations, and platform management. . Implement structured governance, compliance, and operational controls across all .com activities. 3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration . Lead, coach, and develop multi-functional digital teams, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and high performance. . Ensure strong collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Content, CRM, and Brand Teams to deliver shared business outcomes. . Build organizational capability through structured training, performance management, and succession planning. . Represent the eCommerce function in leadership discussions and support GM-level strategic executions. 4. Digital Innovation, Technology & Data Enablement . Leverage eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce, Akinon or similar) to drive scale and platform stability. . Utilize analytics to optimize funnel performance, customer retention, and overall digital productivity. . Champion digital transformation initiatives including personalization, automation, CRM enhancement, and omnichannel integrations. . Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, forecasting, customer engagement, and decision-making.
