HEAD GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage government relations activities and ensure timely completion of regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on government regulations, procedures, and online systems.
- Oversee renewals, approvals, licenses, and compliance documentation.
- Communicate regulatory updates and improve internal compliance processes.
- Prepare management reports on government-related matters and risks.
- Build strong relationships with ministries, regulators, and government authorities.
- Represent the organization in government interactions and resolve regulatory issues efficiently.
- Identify potential risks and implement preventive solutions.
- Review projects to anticipate approvals and government requirements.
- Advise leadership on government and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams on registrations, approvals, and issue resolution.
- Support infrastructure and development-related government coordination.
- Contribute to process improvements and policy discussions.
Work Experience:
Minimum10 years in government relations, regulatory affairs, or protocol roles preferably in real estate, construction, or related development sectors.
Skills required:
Strong understanding of real estate laws, development regulations, and e-government platforms.
