About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, ensuring satisfaction, and responding promptly to requests and concerns.

• Maintain excellent food and beverage knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, service standards, and the ability to confidently discuss menu and wine options with guests.

• Coordinate effectively with the Culinary Team and kitchen to ensure accurate orders, special requests, and timely food service.

• Uphold Jumeirah standards, SOPs, and service excellence while demonstrating professional conduct and supporting the company's mission and values.

• Ensure proper handling, control, and use of food, beverages, equipment, tools, and service items.

• Oversee dining area operations, including table setup, food and beverage service, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming guest experience. Ensure great knowledge of health and safety, HACCP and hygiene regulations.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management
• F&B Management Health and Safety Certification
• 1-2 years of experience in leadership role and similar luxury, high-end work environment.
