Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across the Gulf region.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Lead initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive improvements and report to senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 15-25 years of experience in Human Resources management, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the Gulf.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce.
- Proficient in HR software and systems for managing employee data and processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
