We're looking for a creative and ambitious Head Mixologist to lead the bar at our exciting new Pan-Asian dining concept.

You'll bring bold flavours, innovative cocktails, and a distinctive bar experience to life, while leading the team and setting the standard for quality, creativity, and service.

We're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Head Mixologist or Senior Bartender
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktail techniques
• A passion for Asian flavours, ingredients, and creative mixology
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• A genuine flair for creating memorable guest experiences
