Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Head of Account Management for a full-time on-site position located in Heliopolis. This role involves overseeing the account management department, nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, leading a team of account managers, analyzing account performance, collaborating with sales teams, and contributing to strategic decisions to drive business growth. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and client relationship management are essential for success in this role.

• Proven expertise in Account Management and Business Relationship Management
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in Team Management and leading high-performing teams
• Proficiency in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve growth targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster client trust and partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in a leadership position is highly desirable
