You will lead the firm's advisory, business development, and fundraising functions. Drive deal origination, secure mandates, manage investor relationships, and oversee execution across M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate M&A and capital‑raising mandates across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain
- Lead investor engagement with family offices, institutions, and sovereign entities
- Manage full transaction lifecycle: valuation, modelling, due diligence, structuring
- Build partnerships with banks, law firms, and intermediaries
- Ensure DFSA‑aligned compliance across advisory and fundraising activities
- Represent the firm at DIFC events, investor forums, and regional conferences
Experience
- 8–15+ years in Investment Banking (M&A / Corporate Finance)
- Proven GCC deal execution track record and Investment Banking + GCC Transaction experience
- Strong network across regional corporates, founders, and investors
- Deep understanding of DFSA regulations and GCC capital markets
