Head of Agro - MEA

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Agro to lead and expand our client's Agri-inputs, seeds, and agricultural equipment business across the Middle East and Africa.

Our client is partnering with a leading organization to hire a strategic leader with a strong background in Agri-inputs, seeds, and agricultural equipment to drive growth across the Middle East and Africa.

About the Requirements

• Lead expansion of Agro Sales & Distribution across MEA
• Own full P&L and drive revenue, margin, and profitability
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and regulators
• Lead and mentor high-performing regional teams

About You

• 15+ years in Agri-inputs distribution
• Proven success managing large-scale businesses in MEA
• Strong exposure to B2B & B2C markets
• Deep understanding of Middle East and African trade markets
• Fluency in English, French will be highly desirable
• MBA preferred
