Head of AI Adoption & Evangelism
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment: Full-time- 12 month FTE to perm
The Role
Our client is looking for a senior AI Adoption & Evangelism leader to drive measurable adoption of AI across a large enterprise.
This is not a traditional training, communications or change-management role. The successful candidate will own the AI adoption strategy, employee engagement, use-case activation and measurement of business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the enterprise-wide AI adoption roadmap.
- Define adoption KPIs and track usage, engagement, retention and business value.
- Drive practical AI use cases across different functions and employee groups.
- Build and manage an AI Champions / ambassador network.
- Develop role-based training, enablement and adoption programmes.
- Engage executives and managers to drive sustained behavioural change.
- Lead internal AI communications, demonstrations, communities and showcases.
- Identify adoption barriers and implement targeted interventions.
- Partner with AI, product, technology, security and transformation teams to embed adoption into new AI initiatives.
- Use employee and product data to distinguish between adoption, training and product-quality issues.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise adoption, transformation, digital workplace, product adoption or change.
- Proven experience owning large-scale adoption or behaviour-change programmes.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI assistants and enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
- Strong analytical and programme-management skills, with experience using adoption/usage data.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience translating AI technology into practical business use cases.
- Comfortable operating in large, complex or regulated organisations.
Strong advantage: Experience driving AI adoption across 1,000+ employees, building AI champion networks, or working within government, banking or other regulated environments.
We are looking for someone who can make AI adoption a measurable business outcome — not simply someone who can train or promote AI.
