We're looking for an experienced Head of AI Enablement & Strategic Partnerships to lead AI enablement initiatives, build high-impact partnerships, and drive capability development across government, industry, academia, and technology partners. This leadership role will play a key part in creating a thriving AI ecosystem that accelerates innovation, knowledge sharing, and responsible AI adoption.
As the Head of AI Enablement & Strategic Partnerships, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of AI enablement strategies that strengthen organisational AI readiness and adoption.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with government entities, technology providers, academia, research institutions, and ecosystem partners.
- Lead AI capability-building, innovation, awareness, and upskilling programmes to accelerate AI adoption.
- Identify and develop joint-value opportunities with strategic partners and technology vendors that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Foster collaboration across public and private sector organisations to promote AI innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives and represent the organisation at AI forums, industry events, and strategic partnership engagements.
- Drive AI enablement initiatives, digital transformation programmes, and organisational change to support AI adoption.
- Develop enablement frameworks, toolkits, onboarding programmes, and adoption models that support scalable AI implementation.
- Monitor programme performance, partnership outcomes, and adoption metrics to ensure continuous improvement and value delivery.
- Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Demonstrated experience establishing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with technology providers and ecosystem partners.

- Experience identifying and delivering joint-value opportunities with technology vendors and strategic partners.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certification in AI Strategy, Digital Transformation, Leadership, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
- 6+ years of experience in AI enablement, capability building, innovation management, digital transformation, or related fields.
