Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of airport systems.
  • Oversee passenger processing, biometric, server infrastructure, and airport management systems.
  • Lead technical specialists and ensure adequate certified manpower coverage.
  • Manage Level-3 technical support and OEM escalations.
  • Approve technical procedures, SOPs, and preventive-maintenance schedules.
  • Provide technical input for system changes through the Change Advisory Board.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or IT.
  • Relevant certifications in airport systems, airport applications, servers, or infrastructure.
  • ITIL Foundation preferred or required as applicable.
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with relevant airport or large-enterprise systems.
  • Previous team leadership experience.
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, OEM management, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Team-leadership training is an advantage.

  • The work location is in person.
