Head of Ancillary Revenue / Non-Membership Revenue

As we continue to innovate and expand, we're looking to find an experienced Head of Ancillary Revenue to lead the development and ongoing optimisation of non-gym membership revenue streams.
We are seeking a results-driven professional with extensive experience in managing multiple revenue channels within a high-volume retail environment. This is a key role that will help to shape the future of ancillary revenue channels across all GymNation locations throughout the GCC.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analysing and interpreting data to optimise existing revenue streams, while proactively identifying and executing strategies for new growth opportunities.
They will be skilled in balancing both short-term performance improvements and long-term business development goals, ensuring sustainable revenue growth across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise multiple revenue channels, driving growth through a data-informed approach, including existing channels such as vending machines, personal training, in-gym advertising and activations, as well as the introduction of new channels such as e-commerce & affiliate partnerships, and other synergistic concepts.
- Lead product sourcing and buying for all relevant ancillary revenue channels, ensuring high-quality products that align with GymNation's brand standards.
- Analyze financial performance and customer data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and maximise profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative strategies that capture new market opportunities.
- Continuously monitor key performance metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and lead initiatives to improve operational performance.
- Stay current on retail trends and competitor activities, leveraging market knowledge to drive these revenue strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management, partnerships, or sales, preferably within the fitness, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of maximising revenue through diverse channels.
- Expertise in e-commerce setup/management is a bonus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales management tools.
