Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the *Head of the Architectural Working Drawings Section* at DCI+ Architects in Cairo.

The role is responsible for leading and managing a team of architects, overseeing project design and working drawings, and contributing to design development across various project types, from the schematic design stage through to tendering.

Qualifications

* Extensive technical experience in *large-scale and mega architectural projects*.

* Strong communication and leadership skills.

* Proven experience in *team and project management*.

* Strong expertise in *architectural production and working drawings*.

* Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong knowledge of *architectural principles, detailing, and design processes*.

* Experience in *multidisciplinary coordination* with Structural and MEP teams.

* Experience in *design development, tender documentation, and construction documentation*.

* Strong understanding of *architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods*.

* Experience in *drawing review, quality control, and technical coordination*.

* Bachelor's degree in *Architecture* or a related field.
