Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Head of Artificial Intelligence. The role involves leading AI strategy development and execution, managing AI research projects, and overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies. Responsibilities include building and mentoring a high-performing AI team, driving innovation, developing solutions in the areas of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Computer Vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Computer Science and Data Science methodologies
- Proficiency in advanced technologies such as Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision
- Proven ability in leading and managing technical teams and AI-focused research projects
- Deep understanding of AI strategy and integration with business processes
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience working in a B2B or technology-driven business environment is an advantage
- PhD or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
