Join ARC's dynamic team in Dubai as the Head of the Asset Management Division, reporting directly to the CEO. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the establishment of the division's workflow, develop strategic initiatives, and cultivate key business networks. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the success of ARC's asset management team in originating new opportunities.

Overview Of Duties:

As the Head of Asset Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing asset management strategies to maximize asset value and enhance customer experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of all aspects of asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute innovative asset management strategies to achieve financial and performance objectives.

2.Analyze market trends and financial data to identify optimization opportunities and mitigate risks.

3.Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

4.Enhance the customer experience within asset management operations.

5.Implement streamlined policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency.

6.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to support strategic objectives.

7.Provide insightful reports and presentations to senior management on portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.

8.Develop and execute investment strategies for our diverse portfolio of assets.

9.Monitor market changes to adapt and optimize investment strategies.

10.Manage and diversify our asset portfolio to maximize returns and mitigate risks.

11.Expand our asset management capabilities through strategic partnerships.

12.Provide reports and updates on investment performance to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of relevant asset management experience, demonstrating a successful track record in optimizing portfolio performance, driving value creation, and possessing a relevant network.

Proven ability to build the Asset Management Division product line, including strategy development, policy formulation, and operational process implementation.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with stakeholders and counterparties.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
