We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Asset Management to lead our multi-asset investment platform. This senior leadership role will shape and execute the firm's investment strategy, drive portfolio performance, and ensure excellence in risk management and governance across all asset classes.

Role Overview

As Head of Asset Management, you will provide strategic oversight of the firm's investment platform, lead high-performing teams, and act as a key investment decision-maker. You will play a pivotal role in delivering superior risk-adjusted returns, fostering innovation, and engaging institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-asset investment strategy and asset allocation
• Oversee portfolio performance, risk management, and investment governance
• Chair the Investment Committee and drive investment decision-making
• Lead product innovation across traditional and alternative asset classes
• Serve as senior investment spokesperson to clients and stakeholders
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-caliber investment team

Qualifications

• 12+ years of investment management experience with multi-asset exposure
• Proven leadership of institutional-scale portfolios and teams
• Deep expertise across public and private markets
• Demonstrated track record of delivering consistent, risk-adjusted performance
• CFA, CAIA, MBA, or equivalent preferred
