Job Description:

 

AV System Design and Integration:

  • Design, implement, and maintain audiovisual systems to meet the organization's needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Oversee the installation and integration of AV equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Team Leadership and Management:

    • Lead a team of AV technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
    • Assign tasks and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for AV-related issues and inquiries.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for AV systems, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Project Management:

    • Manage AV projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to procure equipment and services as needed.
    • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.

  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    • Perform quality assurance testing on AV systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AV technology, recommending upgrades and improvements as necessary.
    • Adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards in all AV-related activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with EuroTech Project Managers to achieve common goals.
    • Assist the Pre-Sales team with AV design and specification.
    • Proactively manage AV project delivery process in line with instructions from the Project Managers.
    • Ensure that project delivery is planned in advance to ensure deadlines are achieved.
    • Communicate client or third-party dependencies in a timely manner to ensure these do not delay fully functioning systems at handover date.
    • Guide the AV programming team and allocate tasks in line with scope and deadlines.
    • Assist the Pre-Sales team with product selection.
    • Assist in the recruitment process of site staff and programming staff as required.
    • Manage SLA ticket deadlines for support requests on AV devices that fall under a EuroTech maintenance agreement.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven track record in Audio Visual systems integration and project delivery.
    • Proven & certified experience in the following brands (not limited to): Crestron, Poly, Humbly, Cisco, Lightware, Extron, Logitech, Shure, Biamp, Bose, L'Acoustic, OneLan, Condeco, Yealink, Samsung, LG, Prysm Systems, Epson, Arthur Holms, Barco, Absen, Jabra, Legrand, Maxhub, Microsoft, Sharp/NEC, BanQ, Chief, Denon, DTEN, Huddly, Kramer Electronics, Mersive, Neat, Sennheiser, Vaddio.
    • Articulate and well-spoken in English (verbal and written) (required)
    • Great personal time management skills and the ability to work supervised and unsupervised and in line with deadline requirements.
    • Confident speaking in front of groups of up to 10+
    • Composed nature in the face of challenges
    • Proof of past experience and examples of project delivery
    • Well-presented, neat, and able to speak in corporate settings.
    • Fighting spirit and the drive to help us grow, improve and develop our business in the region.
    • Occasional travel to the KSA.
