We are seeking a highly skilled head of Data Analyst team with expertise in Power BI and a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing real estate data, generating insightful reports, and visualizing trends to support business decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze real estate data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key real estate metrics such as property sales, market trends, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy across different platforms.
- Identify patterns, correlations, and market trends using statistical and analytical techniques.
- Generate ad-hoc and periodic reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Work with databases, SQL, and ETL tools to optimize data processing and automation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis within the real estate sector.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, data modeling, and DAX functions.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems and real estate management software.
