Odd Muse is a modern womenswear brand redefining everyday luxury. Founder-led, design-driven and globally scaling across the UK, EU, US and GCC, we are entering our next phase one that requires sharper brand thinking, deeper cultural relevance, and long-term vision.
We are hiring a Head of Brand to act as the strategic architect and guardian of the Odd Muse brand. This role is not about product launches or short-term marketing. It is about shaping how Odd Muse is perceived - now, and in the years to come.
The Role
The Head of Brand is the Founder's second brain on brand.
You will be responsible for defining and evolving the brand narrative, positioning and presence of Odd Muse with a 612 month forward-thinking mindset at all times. You will sit above day-to-day execution, guiding teams and partners to ensure everything ladders back to a clear, intentional brand vision.
This is a senior, high-trust role for someone who thinks in years, not weeks.
What You'll Do
Global Brand Vision & Narrative
- Own and evolve the long-term Odd Muse brand narrative across all regions
- Translate the Founder's vision into clear, globally aligned brand direction
- Codify what Odd Muse stands for as the brand scales internationally
- Protect brand equity while allowing for intelligent regional nuance
Regional Brand Leadership
- Lead and manage Regional Brand Managers across EU, US and GCC
- Set clear brand frameworks that regional teams execute locally
- Ensure consistency of tone, storytelling and brand perception across markets
- Support regional teams with strategic direction, not micromanagement
Brand Moments & Cultural Positioning
- Concept and own brand moments (not campaigns)
- Define where Odd Muse should show up culturally - and where it should not
- Identify strategic partnerships, moments, and opportunities that feel earned and intentional
Strategic Brand Leadership
- Set brand direction quarterly, strong communication to wider team on overall strategy
- Challenge reactive, short-term or regionally siloed decisions
- Maintain a clear hierarchy of brand moments vs background noise
Founder Partnership
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Founder
- Anticipate brand questions before they arise
- Filter ideas through a brand-first lens
- Confidently challenge when something doesn't serve the long-term vision
Future Thinking
- Track cultural shifts, luxury behaviour and founder-led brand evolution
- Think globally across the UK, US and Middle East markets
- Bring insight, not trends

- A senior brand leader with experience managing global or regional brand teams
- Strong understanding of EU, US and GCC consumer and cultural nuance
- Background in fashion, lifestyle or luxury-adjacent brands

- Able to say no and explain why
