Head of Broker Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead broker market engagement and build strong relationships with broker owners, senior leadership, placement heads, and operational teams
• Drive adoption and growth of broker solutions across the UAE insurance market
• Manage strategic broker accounts and support onboarding, retention, and expansion initiatives
• Understand broker workflows across quotation, placement, renewals, endorsements, servicing, and portfolio management
• Work closely with product, implementation, sales, support, and leadership teams to improve platform adoption and user experience
• Provide market intelligence and broker feedback to support product enhancements and business growth
• Identify commercial opportunities, including cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion
• Represent the company in broker meetings, presentations, demos, events, and market discussions

Requirements

• Strong experience with a UAE insurance company in BRM, broker relationship management, distribution, channel management, or business development
• Strong existing network and relationships with insurance brokers across the UAE market
• In-depth understanding of UAE broker landscape and insurer-broker workflows
• Experience managing broker relationships and driving business growth through broker channels
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to engage confidently with senior broker stakeholders and operational teams
• Experience with SaaS platforms, insurance technology, CRM systems, broker portals, or digital transformation will be an advantage
• Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field; CII/ACII or relevant insurance certifications are an advantage
