Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Corporate Service Provider (CSP) industry. The successful candidate should be highly proactive, target-oriented, and capable of developing and executing strategic business development plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Negotiate and close high-value business deals.
  • Ensure the achievement of individual and team sales KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the Corporate Service Provider (CSP) industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in UAE business setup, company formation, or corporate services is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
