Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Corporate Service Provider (CSP) industry. The successful candidate should be highly proactive, target-oriented, and capable of developing and executing strategic business development plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Negotiate and close high-value business deals.
- Ensure the achievement of individual and team sales KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the Corporate Service Provider (CSP) industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in UAE business setup, company formation, or corporate services is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
