Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

Lead the company's growth across multiple strategic business lines, by identifying, acquiring, and closing new business opportunities in local and international markets. The role is responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing high-performing teams across regions, and driving sustainable revenue growth while strengthening global client and partner relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute business development and go to market strategies tailored for each business lines to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities in emerging and existing markets, assessing feasibility and ROI
  • Lead business negotiations and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Pursue, and close new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support informed strategic decisions.
  • Foster relationships with key decision-makers, clients and technology partners in target markets
  • Ensure deals meet financial and strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Develop pricing strategies and business models aligned with market dynamics and tailored to the specific needs of different markets and regions.
  • Build, mentor, and manage business development teams, including remote employees in different regions ensuring alignment with company objectives and effective cross-geography collaboration
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and business forums to promote its capabilities and services.
  • Set revenue targets, track performance, and report results to senior management.
  • Support engineering teams during with competitive analysis and feature definitionand go to market strategy for new product

People Development

  • Interview and select direct reports and validate hiring decisions for the function.
  • Provide coaching and request needed training for direct reports ensuring continuous individual development.
  • Ensure a healthy working environment for the department employees through focusing on team building and motivation initiatives.

Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the technology or engineering sector.
  • Proven success in driving B2B growth in local and international markets.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • leading multi-cultural/multi-disciplinary teams in complex technology-driven industries

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive technologies, enterprise applications, and HPC infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate in dynamic, multi-market environments and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to close complex deals.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis
