Job Purpose
Strategizing, planning, and directing commercial activities to align with the organization's strategy. The main responsibility for this role is leading the commercial team, manage business development and expansion, foster partnerships, and ensure the company's products and services meet market demands.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve Mazeed's growth and expansion goals.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new markets, business opportunities, and revenue streams.
- Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing commercial team, including sales, business development, and partnerships.
- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture key partnerships to drive business growth and enhance Mazeed's market presence.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key commercial KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Customer Insights: Understand customer needs and market trends to refine Mazeed's offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a cohesive growth strategy.

Essential Skills And Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial roles, including a minimum of 5 years in a business development leadership position.
- Proven experience in B2B financial services/SaaS solution.
- Experience in scaling operations and entering new markets.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on commercial metrics.
- Preferably holds an accounting or finance background, with a solid understanding of financial operations and advisory services
