Head of Business Development - KSA

(Design & Build | Interior Fit-Out)

Our client, a well-established design and build firm, has expanded its operations into Saudi Arabia and is now looking for a Head of Business Development to lead their growth in the Kingdom. This is a key hire for their KSA presence, and they need someone who understands the market, knows the stakeholders, and can actively drive new business opportunities from day one.

The ideal candidate is someone who already has a strong network across KSA - developers, landlords, operators, corporate clients, hospitality groups, PMCs, and consultants and is comfortable navigating the landscape of interior fit-out, design, and turnkey delivery. The role is centred around building visibility, strengthening relationships, and securing new projects that align with the company's capabilities.

The Head of BD will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy for KSA. This includes identifying opportunities, meeting clients regularly, preparing proposals, and ensuring the company is positioned competitively for tenders and upcoming developments. They will work closely with the design, commercial, and delivery teams to create solutions that respond directly to client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging existing relationships and building new ones to grow the company's presence in the Kingdom.
  • Actively tracking market activity, upcoming developments, and project announcements in the design & build and fit-out space.
  • Representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums within KSA.
  • Leading proposal development and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored, competitive submissions.
  • Contributing to the wider growth strategy for the KSA business and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
