Job Description

Luxe Living Collection is a premium holiday homes operator based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality, revenue-optimized short-term rental properties. We combine operational excellence, strategic pricing, and elevated hospitality standards to deliver exceptional results for property owners.

As we scale aggressively, we are hiring a Head of Business Development to lead the company's acquisition strategy, structure the growth department, and drive portfolio expansion at a leadership level.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position focused on strategy, growth planning, execution management, and acquisition performance.

You will be responsible for building and leading the Business Development function, defining acquisition strategies, overseeing pipeline performance, and driving sustainable portfolio growth across Dubai.

This role requires both strategic vision and strong operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the company's business development and acquisition strategy
  • Build scalable lead generation and conversion systems
  • Lead, structure, and manage the Business Development department
  • Develop partnerships with brokers, investors, landlords, and strategic referral channels
  • Analyze market opportunities, competitor positioning, and expansion potential
  • Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and acquisition performance tracking
  • Support negotiation of high-value management agreements
  • Improve conversion processes and portfolio quality standards
  • Work closely with Executive Management on company growth objectives
  • Recruit, train, and manage business development team members as the company scales

Requirements
  • Mandatory experience as Head of Business Development within Dubai Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rental industry
  • Proven leadership experience in business development
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of Dubai real estate and holiday homes market
  • Experience building acquisition systems and managing pipelines
  • Existing high-level network within Dubai real estate is highly preferred
  • Commercially sharp, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary between AED 15,000 – AED 50,000 depending on experience and profile
