Position Overview:
The Head of Business Development will own the full sales cycle and lead Multipass sales expansion in operating markets, with a strong focus on inbound/outbound client acquisition and scalable revenue growth. This role includes building and managing a high-performing and scalable sales organization - encompassing Business Development Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Assistants, Marketing and Support teams - while being directly responsible for meeting agreed sales targets and developing a scalable, sustainable business model.
Job responsibilities:
- Design and scale a high-performing direct sales engine, establishing repeatable sales playbooks, KPIs, and pipelines to drive predictable growth across target markets.
- Lead and evolve telesales operations, including both inbound and outbound channels, ensuring high lead conversion through continuous training, tooling, and process refinement.
- Own and align the marketing function with business development goals, driving integrated campaigns that support acquisition, activation, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate on product development strategy, working closely with the COO, CTO, and Product Manager to shape the roadmap based on client feedback, sales insights, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in FinTech companies.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Proven success in closing complex B2B deals.
- Established network with strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- The existing network of potential leads is a significant advantage.
- Results driven with a history of exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant business tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
- Languages: English (mandatory).
