About the Position

Driving commercial growth, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding OCSA's footprint across the Kingdom. As the Head of Business Development, you will lead the commercial, sales, and marketing functions for one of the Kingdom's most dynamic Facilities Management and Manpower Services providers, OCSA. This role is central to shaping OCSA's market presence, securing new contracts, and ensuring the successful mobilization of services across soft and hard FM operations. With the rapid growth of the FM sector in Saudi Arabia, this position plays a strategic role in positioning OCSA as a trusted partner for integrated facilities solutions nationwide.

Key Accountabilities

Commercial Growth & Market Expansion

  • Maximize new and existing sales opportunities by building strong relationships with clients across the FM and manpower sectors.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, service scope, and customer specifications to secure profitable contracts.

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies aligned with OCSA's growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor direct sales teams (soft & hard services), ensuring capability development, performance excellence, and target achievement.
  • Drive the preparation of commercial proposals, bids, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs with high accuracy and competitiveness.

Contract Mobilization & Client Engagement

  • Oversee the mobilization of new contracts in collaboration with Operations and HR to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients and the Managing Director, providing updates on performance, mobilization progress, and service enhancements.
  • Promote OCSA's brand and service offerings across the Kingdom through strategic engagement and market visibility.

Business Intelligence & Opportunity Development

  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and industry developments to recommend service improvements and new business opportunities.
  • Support the development of business plans, revenue forecasts, and sales budgets.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and operational capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills & Aptitude

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or management diploma is an advantage.

Industry Knowledge

  • Proven track record in securing new business within the Facilities Management or Manpower Services sector.
  • Strong network across Saudi Arabia with key decisionmakers in FM, government, and private sectors.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, bid preparation, commercial agreements, and project planning.
  • Technical & Communication Skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication abilities to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is highly desirable.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in direct sales or commercial roles within FM or related industries.
