About The Role

Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what's next.

We're looking for a Head of Business Growth to lead the marketing function for our B2B business product line, Revolut Business, so we can scale even further.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and leading a highperforming, datadriven growth organisation that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, Data, and Operations teams
  • Partnering closely with the CMO and GM Revolut Business to deliver brand awareness and new customer acquisition across markets and customer segments
  • Owning the growth strategy, roadmap, and performance for Revolut Business, translating companylevel goals into clear northstar metrics and executable plans
  • Defining and continuously refining the growth strategy and KPIs, grounded in data, customer insight, and market dynamics
  • Managing the growth budget and resource allocation across channels, markets, and initiatives, ensuring maximised growth and ROI
  • Leading demand generation and performance marketing
  • Partnering with Product to optimise the business experience and remove friction
  • Working with Sales to generate and accelerate pipeline for target segments through campaigns, playbooks, and enablement
  • Partnering with consumer growth organisations to ensure full utilisation of global assets

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years of experience in either growth, performance, demand generation, or B2B marketing, including 5+ years in leadership, owning multichannel growth
  • A proven track record of driving profitable acquisition and revenue growth for B2B products (fintech, SaaS, or adjacent) across both SME and large/enterprise customer segments
  • Experience setting up measurement frameworks, defining northstar metrics, and working with analytics teams and tools
  • An understanding of attribution technologies and models
  • Solid crossfunctional leadership skills with proven success partnering with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver business outcomes
  • Experience working in global or multimarket organisations and adapting playbooks to local market conditions
  • The ability to operate in a fastpaced, high-performance, high-ownership culture that align with Revolut's values

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in B2B fintech, payments, SME banking, or leading growth for products serving SMEs, marketplaces, or online businesses
  • Experience with productled growth and selfserve SaaS models, ideally combined with salesassisted motions
  • Familiarity with modern growth tech stack tools (marketing automation, CRM, experimentation platforms, etc.)
