Position Overview

Responsible for scaling the corporate travel business into a high-volume, profitable TMC operation through corporate sales growth, airline leverage, and modern TMC practices.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver AED 71m+ Business Travel and Trade revenue by 2026

Achieve 1520% year-on-year growth

Secure airline corporate deals and incentives

Build structured corporate sales and account management

Implement modern TMC tools, SOPs, and reporting

Optimise service fees and yield per transaction

Improve client retention and share of wallet

Build and lead a high-performing Business Travel team
