Experience

20+ years of experience in Civil Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.

Extensive experience in pipeline projects and station civil works.

Strong experience working on Saudi Aramco projects and standards.

Proven experience in managing large-scale pipeline infrastructure projects.

The Civil Head will be responsible for leading and managing all civil construction activities for pipeline projects executed for Saudi Aramco. The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco processes, standards, and project execution procedures to ensure successful delivery of projects in compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership

-Lead and manage all civil engineering and construction activities across multiple pipeline projects in Saudi Arabia.

-Responsible for complete civil scope execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery.

• Pipeline Station Civil Works

-Responsible for execution of civil works for pipeline stations, including Launcher and Receiver Stations across all pipeline projects. specifications, and project procedures.

-Maintain full awareness of Aramco approval processes, inspection requirements, and documentation standards.

• Project Coordination

-Coordinate with pipeline, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and QA/QC teams for smooth project execution.

-Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Quality & HSE Management

-Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and Saudi Aramco safety standards.

-Monitor quality control processes and ensure adherence to project specifications and inspection requirements.

• Planning & Resource Management

-Develop and implement construction schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation.

-Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of civil works.

• Reporting & Documentation

-Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and management updates.

-Support project management in resolving technical and construction challenges.
