Key Job Accountabilities
- Accountable for system completion and commissioning execution from the preparation stage to final acceptance.
- Accountable for a smooth handover to Operations department including ORP requirements (e.g., start-up spare part, special tools, software license, etc.).
- Interface with various project teams and departments to resolve related issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to foster collaboration.
- Monitor and witness of Vendor activities during SAT, Punchlist clearance, OTP, etc.
- Accountable for all commissioning activities during the onshore/offshore phase (e.g., Oil Flushing after wells hook-up, N2/He leak test, GALT, first energization, PCC activities for pipelines, etc.).
- Accountable for the proper integration of wellhead platforms into the onshore plant via RLIC/BVS (including Electrical, Telecom and ICSS integration).
- Ensure the compliance of offshore/onshore pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the Project agreement at SITE, while protecting company interests.
- Accountable for all commissioning activities carried oud offshore and onshore (BVS/RLIC), including pipeline pre-commissioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering
Knowledge and/or Experience
- 10 years experience in various project phases such as engineering, procurement and construction, within large-scale commissioning projects in the oil and gas industry, including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, oversight of service/vendor personnel.
- Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
- Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.
- Expert in engineering design standards, specifications, codes, operating equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, and appropriate safety criteria.
- Experience in contract specification compliance requirements, including codes and standards.
- Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.
- Experience with start-up support to operations.
- Experience in managing oil and gas facilities commissioning project from preparation stage, commissioning execution and provide support for start-up and performance test of the facility specially WHP topside.
- Experiences with handling interface work and SIMOPS with internal organization and other contractors.
- Experiences of handling system completion workflow process, system completion database of major project at many locations such as fabrication yard, onshore and offshore including handover from project team to operations, interface within internal organization and familiar with system completion database ICAPS and commissioning methodology.
- Experience of handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry and familiar with preparation of work pack and job card for offshore HUC campaign and worldwide experience with contractors or under company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
- Experience with preservation activities from construction warehouse to RFSU
- Experience with pipeline inspection.
Technical and Business Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
- A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
- Good knowledge of electrical, instrument, telecom, piping and mechanical equipment
