We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead the Community Building Department, a critical and high-impact role focused on establishing, managing, and growing dynamic communities.

Role Objective:

To create a strong and sustainable link between the community and the center, ensuring continuous engagement, collaboration, and integration of roles to achieve shared objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead community-building strategies and engagement frameworks.
• Design and manage platforms, initiatives, and programs that foster continuous interaction with the community.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders, community leaders, and institutions.
• Ensure alignment and integration between community needs and the center's programs and initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in community building, stakeholder engagement, or ecosystem development.
• Strong ability to establish and manage communities from the ground up.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in government, semi-government, or community-focused organizations is an advantage.
