Head of Compliance

The Head of Compliance will be responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end compliance function for DIFC-regulated entity. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) regulations and direct interaction with the regulator. The incumbent will ensure the bank operates in full compliance with DFSA Rulebooks, DIFC laws, and internal group policies, while acting as the primary liaison with the regulator.
