Job Description

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Head of Content to lead our content strategy and oversee the production of engaging, high-quality content that reflects ariika's brand identity and supports its marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the content strategy across social media, website, campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Lead and manage the content team, ensuring creativity, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Actively participate in content production, including photography, video shooting, editing, and executing creative concepts.
• Develop innovative ideas and storytelling approaches for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, generate creative concepts, and improve production workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and E-commerce teams to align content with business objectives.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and overall results.
• Stay updated on content trends, digital platforms, and emerging creative technologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in content creation, content strategy, or digital marketing, including team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on skills in photography, video shooting, editing, and content execution.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Nano Banana, ChatGPT, and Claude for content creation, visual generation, and creative ideation.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience managing content calendars, campaigns, and multiple digital platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, furniture, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
