City & The Sea seeks a full-time on-site Head of Content to oversee the creation, development, and management of all content initiatives at our Cairo, Egypt location. The role involves developing and executing content strategies, managing content calendars, overseeing editorial processes, and producing high-quality content aligned with our brand identity. The Head of Content will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and engaging communication across all channels, enhancing our brand storytelling and customer experience.

• Proven experience in Content Strategy and Content Development
• Expertise in Writing and Editorial workflows, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong skills in Content Management and experience with publishing tools
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to drive creative storytelling while maintaining brand consistency
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Experience in the travel, events, or luxury lifestyle industries is highly desirable
