We're hiring a Head of Content at FAME.
We've built a strong team of makers. Editors, designers, content creators, account managers. What we're adding now is the layer above the craft: the idea, the strategy, and the standard everything is held to before it reaches a client.
This is a senior role with real ownership, and it's the most important hire we'll make this year.
You'd own:
- The idea. Content directions and campaign concepts across every account. You lead ideation rather than waiting for a finished brief.
- The strategy. A clear content strategy per client. Monthly plans that ladder up to something instead of a calendar of unrelated posts.
- The standard. Final creative approval before anything reaches a client. You define what good looks like at FAME and you hold it.
- The packaging. How work is presented, and defended, in the room.
- The team. Our junior creative director reports to you, and you set the level for designers, editors, and content creators.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in social and content, with at least 1 leading or directing others
- Strong grasp of social media strategy, social campaigns, and marketing more broadly
- You can give both creative and strategic feedback. Most people do one well. We need both
- Experience on shoots. You can brief, attend, and review video properly
- You've owned the output of several accounts at once, not one brand
- You've presented and defended creative work directly to clients
- Strong Arabic and English, and a real feel for how tone lands in both
- Agency background, or in-house at a brand with real content volume
Nice to have:
- You understand paid well enough to know when a piece of content is built to be boosted
- You've built process before. Templates, checklists, a way of working that outlived you
